Gluten Free Healthy Muffins
These muffins taste amazing and are so healthy! They’re a great on the go snack just like regular muffins would be, except without the added oil and sugar.
I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk for the non dairy milk as it has no sugar. I also sub the cardamon for cinnamon mmm. I don’t put the lemon zest or walnuts. Instead i add mashed bananas so they taste like banana bread and stay very moist without heating them!
Raw Vegan Gluten Free Brownies
THESE BROWNIES ARE SO YUMMY! I make a frosting to go on top that is Avocado, dates and cacao and some water! Just blend those ingredients in a food processor and add dates as needed. These brownies are guilt free and make you feel so full because of the high content of phytonutrients. If you’re worried about the high fat from nuts, high sugar from the dates, don’t be! watch these videos to eat them feeling guilt free;
Greens and Beans Enchiladas
I substitute the corn for lentils, plus I add another can of whatever beans I feel like adding. This makes them a lot more filling per 1 enchilada and much higher in protein. These are deliciousss and once you’ve made them once they’re EASY
Raw Taco Nut Meat
You can put this in anything, it tasted sooooo good! It tasted kind of like fallafel. I put mine in a cabbage bowl burrito with tempeh, red pepper corn salsa, a raw baja cheeze(message me for recipe) and it was deliciousss.
